They will take your money without the intention of dispatching them. I ordered gpu and they know that they don’t have it on stock or the suppliers can’t supply them but they still take orders after orders. Their holding my £1.5k and it takes 8 working days for it to comeback. Please avoid this company at all costs. Furthermore their CS overseas don’t know what their talking about and are very very rude. Trust pilot should start minus stars and I will give these lot -5*

Ordered twice in 2 weeks, both orders not delivered for different issues, calling the call centre is like dealing with a 5 year old, customer service helpline needs to improve for me to use them ever again, the 2nd order is showing on my paypal account but they have no record of it, really poor service

Never deliver item then make you pay again and reorder. Result they have hundreds of pounds of your money. You have nothing. THIS COMPANY MAKES YOU PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES. Worst company ever. Don’t risk it. Like other reviews say.

Simple easy to follow ordering system....hoping delivery is just as quick and efficient. 48 hours promised. Will be very happy if this delivery is kept because Hewlard Packard offered two days and then after ordering inks changed delivery to one month. This request for a review has arrived in my mail before a delivery so it’s wait and see.

I always get first rate service from Viking direct, fairly priced goods and next day delivery, I would recommend them to anyone.

Viking Direct used to be good - what's gone wrong? The ordering process is broken, the website is broken and Customer Service is patchy. Frankly more trouble than it's worth. Next time I need office supplies, I will be looking elsewhere.

Would be good if you could say exactly which colours are in the pack of Plastic Wallets rather than saying assorted as sometimes people want an exact range of colours.

Love getting my order but sometimes I get a little confused in the quantity I am ordering and suddenly find that I have ordered many more pods than I really wanted, today being a little wiser I almost ordered 8 of one variety instead of 3, hopefully I got it right this time, What is te problem with Americano type coffees?

IT system seemed to be confused about my whetehr I was new or existing account holder. System knew my email address but not password to allow a reset. Chat was helpful, and when I tried again to register, afresh system now accepted my registration without complaining my email address was already on your system.
